Here is Law 3: Reveal via radiance.
You don’t need to conceal your intentions or manipulate outcomes – that is old thinking that creates problems and cultural harm. When you embody clarity, people feel safe, seen, and inspired around you. They imagine open-ended futures.
Power in the regenerative paradigm isn’t about secrecy—it’s about transparency aligned with purpose. Non-dual wisdom teaches: what you are speaks louder than what you say. Let your light do the talking.
In a community or organisational setting, Reveal via Radiance could look like:
Transparent futures visioning, instead of presenting polished, manipulative strategies towards “fixed futures”, leaders openly share their authentic intentions and values, inviting people into trust - inspiring co-creation toward “inclusive, open futures”.
Indigenous or Ancient Wisdom
The Iroquois Great Law of Peace
Among the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, leadership was grounded in clarity, openness, and accountability to the “seventh generation.” Leaders were expected to speak transparently, guided by aligned intention for the good of the people.
The council fire itself was symbolic: burning in the open, visible to all, radiating warmth and light. In many Indigenous traditions, light and fire are symbols of truth—revealing without force, guiding without domination.

Rumi in his Diwan-e Shams-e Tabrizi (or Diwan-i Kabir) spoke about the concept of an inner, spiritual light as the source of true knowledge. Modern scholars have interpreted his poetry with some license to mean:
‘Don’t you know yet? It is your Light that lights the worlds.’
